Made to order, just for you
Every Selki piece is made with love in our little studio in central Scotland — thoughtfully stitched, pressed, and wrapped just for you. Because of this, our current dispatch time is 1–2 weeks. We send all our parcels via Royal Mail Second Class.

Right now, we only ship within the UK — but we’re always dreaming of reaching further afield one day. Watch this space!

Changed Your Mind?

We really hope you adore your order, but if something’s not quite right, we completely understand. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for an exchange or a refund (*see the details below).

Just pop us a message and we’ll help you get started.

A few gentle notes:
– Returns are only accepted if tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.
– Items that are marked or damaged can’t be refunded — but we’re happy to return them to you once postage is covered.
– Masks can only be returned if the hygiene seal hasn’t been broken.
– Once we receive your parcel, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.

Faulty Item? We're Here for That, Too.

If your item develops a fault, we offer a full 365-day return window.

– Within the first 6 months, we’ll issue a full refund.
– Between 6 months and 1 year, we’ll happily offer an exchange or store credit.

Please note: Customised items, accidental damage, or issues caused by not following our care guidelines aren’t covered.

Returning Sale Items

Yes — sale items are welcome back within our 30-day policy for an exchange or refund.

Shipping Refunds

If you paid for standard shipping, that will be refunded in full. If you chose an upgraded delivery option, we’ll refund you the standard rate.

What If My Exchange Is Out of Stock?

Not to worry — we’ll offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
