Shipping policy

Most of our heat packs are handmade to order, so please allow 1–2 weeks for us to create yours with care.

We post all orders via Royal Mail Second Class, with delivery usually taking 2–10 working days.

Our little Selki studio is tucked away in central Scotland — where everything is made with love, one by one.
